We want to avoid unnecessary landfill, and that sometimes means pulling together creative solutions to find uses for otherwise unusable materials. For example, we’ve taken the discarded plastics from some of our ongoing device refurbishment work and developed a process for turning that plastic into pelletised source material that’s then used to make children’s playground equipment and outdoor furniture.
