Vocus, Australia’s specialist fibre and network solutions provider, have chosen to partner with Skyzer for their national device drop-shipping and returns processing services.
The partnership includes support for Vocus’ retail brands, iPrimus and Dodo. It focuses on providing swift delivery of NBN routers, mobile SIMs and other hardware to Vocus’ residential and business customers across the country.
Skyzer’s founder and CEO, Troy Sneddon, said that the partnership is an extension of an existing relationship between Vocus and Skyzer that has developed over the past several years.

In this time, there are two issues that have always been very clear for us. These are that Vocus cares deeply about the end customer experience and undoubtedly that Vocus is engaged in their role in bringing sustainability to the electronic device industry.” he said.

Skyzer is a third party service provider that delivers tailored Product Lifecycle Solutions for electrical, electronic and electro-mechanical equipment.
