Skyzer announced the expansion of its drop-shipping order fulfilment service. The new service supports much higher volumes of outbound deliveries and introduces more sophisticated tracking and customer service features.
Troy Sneddon, Skyzer’s CEO, noted that “This expansion is the result of a tremendous amount of collaboration between our talented Operations and Engineering teams. I’m proud of their efforts in bringing this vastly enhanced service to market to support our customers.”
Order fulfilment service volumes at Skyzer have grown to more than 18,000 outbound parcels each month. Complementing this are around 12,000 item returns per month.
Skyzer also offers a third party inventory management service, with over a hectare of warehouse storage space on site.
